Great staff. They explained the process for my treatment to me and listened when I talked to them and explained what experience I had at another dental office that was not good. The staff here was willing to work with me so that I would have a better, more comfortable, as comfortable as a dentist visit can be, experience with them. Also, that I could get the help that I needed for my mouth.

I love Piney Woods Dentist! The office staff is so friendly. Dr. Niki is absolutely the kindest person and the most gentle Dentist I have ever used. And Heather is amazing. She always does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and is always so friendly. Dentist offices have always made me nervous, but she and Dr. Niki always put me at ease. ❤

I love Dr Niki and her staff. They are personable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They build a relationship with you, so you are more than just a “customer.” I would recommend them to everyone I know. They saw my daughter when no one else would make time, and then connected her to other dentists and doctors. They have also relieve extreme tooth and gum pain that I was having.

Everyone was so nice and respectful, Whitley the receptionist went out of her way to help me with insurance issues and Mrs. Latiolais was highly knowledgeable and just as excited as I was about working towards results!!

My wife's 1st dentures. Very friendly, nice people that work there. Just be sure you have everything in wrighting from start to finish. Make sure you understand how long they stand behind their work. Have it in wrighting. For us, less then 2 years. Just paid $300.00 plus to have a soft liner( my mistake. It should have been hard liner). put in her dentures that was never put in when they made them. Do not think you can take dentures some wher else to have them worked on. You can't, and Piney Woods knows this.

Terrific Staff. Got me in immediately upon appointment time, maybe even a little before.
They talked me through the entire process to let me know all of my options and made sure to keep a check on whether or not the pain medicine was wearing off during the procedure.
They were very detailed during the whole process to make sure my bite was perfect after the filling and that I was happy with everything.
I would highly recommend them to anyone. the dentist and dental assistant were both terrific. Also the wonderful ladies at the front desk were awesome too. They had a smile and made you feel welcome.

The service was great the the two ladies that worked on me were fantastic day had really nice attitudes they explained what was going on or I could be doing better and what needs to be done next time I come in so all in all I had a very fantastic experience at this place

I wish there were more stars to click on....Dr. Niki is the absolute best. She cares and listens so she can do the best job she can. I will never go anywhere else! She corrected a mistake made by another dentist, no names mentioned, but he didn't care he messed my mouth up because he is "conservative with his dentistry".....well so is Dr. Niki and I just left her free of the pain I have experienced for over a month now!! Thanks again Piney Woods!!!

They never fail to take the time to talk to you about what’s going on with your dental health and educate you keeping your teeth & gums healthy. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!
